The price is attractive but the slave pedal i received was not that great. There is friction in the bearings and/or the bushing beetween the bearings who hold the shaft. Althought more pressure is implied required to the universal joint shaft, the friction from the slave assembly is not satisfying. I might of got a lemon. The universal joint taper pins are rusting after 4 months and now elongated the holes. The pedal hinge pin are sliding side to side and create a clicking noise. I have tried for 4 months to set-up this double pedal to satisfaction, it failed and disapointed me. Time to go to TAMA and return the DW. The main pedal was great, no issues.

Really good quality, super smooth. However it also has a great resistance to it, which I think is great in a pedal. It's super smooth but you feel each stroke. Very sturdy construction, something I would have thought I couldn't find for at least $500, so very pleased with the $340 price tag on this. Highly recommend

The title says it all. The pedal itself is extremely smooth and very easy to get used to. The two-way beaters are great, you can really customize the feel of the pedal to what you need.
Overall a great pedal.
