Purchased this about a year ago and I’ve been consistently disappointed with its performance considering how much money this costs. The high notes have a very shrill squeaking noise and the low notes bend very poorly. I suspect it’s and issue with the reed gapping. Overall the harp has a very good build quality but until they fix the gapping issues I wouldn’t recommend this to someone looking for a responsive instrument.

Bought the Low E Manji, since the Olive doesn't go below Low F, and the Hohners were outa my price range. I love my Special 20s, but found the E and F especially to be a bit too up in the rafters. The Olive moaned nicely right outa the box, but the first Manji had a bad 3rd draw Reed, so i returned it next day. The replacement one is a bit airy on the lower reeds. Overall, it's a great sounding straight harp, but needs to be properly gapped. I've read this is a bit of a problem with the Manjis. I bought a regular E many moons ago, and it still plays well, as do the few odd Bluesmasters I got when I first started going crazy.

These harps are absolutely fantastic. I've always been a Marine Band guy, and I never thought something would come along to change my preference, but after picking up one of these I can tell you I was wrong. There's nothing I DON'T like about them. Loud, comfortable (in the hands and on the lips), perfectly in tune, overblows straight out of the box with no adjustments, and an awesomely unique time thanks to the comb (raspy, bluesy and crisp). Take my advice, if you're looking for a top quality, professional grade harp at a killer price, DON'T HESITATE. Pick up one of these and give it a try, you won't be disappointed.
