I've had one for about 5-6 years. Plays great, and the mouthpiece does feel nice and smooth. At this point, the reeds could use some love (or replacement). It's not that easy to find a harp mechanic in my town.
If you're doing some maintenance, keep an eye on the tiny rubber bumpers when you take the mouthpiece off.
I like this harp better than my Hohner CX12, and it's easier to see the hole numbers.

I'v only had this Harmonica a short time, and so far it's living up to it's reputation! The fit amd feel are great, plays really well,and looks great too.The rounded mouthplate is the best! ,easier to move the harp than my older square whole model harp. The SCX 56 is my new best chromatic,period. Very satisfied , and would recommend it to other chromatic players.
