I've had this a few years, and I'm moving up to the ID44 at some point. The preamps (Class-A!) are top notch, the converters are sweet and richly detailed. Love the inserts for the preamps, work great with my compressors. My only complaint is that the routing features take a bit to get used to. There was a bug for a few months which kept me from opening the driver app, but they fixed it and it's even better than before.

I bought my Id22 in August of 2016. Driver latency comparable to my aging 1st gen Hammerfall ( very good ); routing out the wazoo; very nice sounding preamps; headphone amp has lots of drive; main volume knob has spoiled me; nice fit and finish; no Windows USB issues... So what's not to like? Well, it's now October of 2019 and I have just joined the not few numbers of users who own an unresponsive paperweight. After doing a fair amount of digging, there appears to be two systemic failures with these units: poor heat dissipation resulting in op amp problems; and an issue simply referred to by Audient support as a "power rail issue", which results in a silent output section. This latter camp is where I sit currently, without any set path forward except to cut my losses and move on. Disappointing. I do not know if later units had anything changed within to rectify this. You roll your dice, you take your chances.
