Terrible product. 1st of all, 1/4" should be top mounted to allow for short effect pedal connectors(!)
Most importantly: The manual is infuriating. Instead of their useless failed attempts at humour, maybe just explain how to use this thing! Tell us how to interpret the various light configurations for each type of cable. Sometimes 2, 3 or 4 lights on a 1/4" cable in the 1st 3 positions. What does each light combo mean!? What is a PASS and what is a FAIL. Mackie product support is a FAIL and YouTube videos do not address this. All these obvious questions are completely ignored. Wow.
For musicians that just want to test instrument and XLR cables - AVOID
