Since graduating from Humber College in 2014, Justin has been very active in the Toronto music scene. He has played styles ranging from Jazz and Classical to Pop, Rock, Soul, R&B, Salsa, Mariachi, and others. He has performed as a regular member of groups varying in size from Brass Quintets to Jazz Orchestras. As a teacher, Justin has taught private brass and woodwind lessons and is also the conductor of the Etobicoke Jazz Band, a 22-piece swing band comprised of high school and university students.

Katherine holds a Bachelor of Music degree and Diploma in Elementary and Secondary Music Education from McGill University. Kayla is a freelance musician with over twenty years of experience performing, training and competing in piano and voice. Dr. Kayla Solomon (she/her) is a trumpet performer, educator, and performing arts wellness advocate based in Winnipeg, Manitoba. She recently completed a one-year appointment as Assistant Professor of Trumpet at the University of Saskatchewan (2024/25), where she taught applied trumpet, chamber music, and jazz ensembles, and remains an active member of the Saskatoon Jazz Orchestra. Although now based in Winnipeg, Kayla maintains close ties with the musical community she built in Saskatoon and frequently travels across Canada to perform, teach, and present at festivals, clinics, and conferences.
In addition to her performing and teaching, Kayla is passionate about integrating health and wellness into music training. She researches overuse injuries in brass players, particularly embouchure strain, and advocates for physical and mental well-being in the performing arts. This focus led her to earn certification in the Essentials of Performing Arts Medicine through the Performing Arts Medicine Association. Her interdisciplinary approach bridges her musical expertise with athletic training and injury prevention strategies.
A committed educator, Kayla has taught students of all ages—from private lessons and ensemble coaching to academic courses in marketing and musicianship. She previously taught grade 6–12 band and math at Killarney School.Her teaching philosophy centers on developing well-rounded musicianship, healthy playing habits, and a sustainable approach to performance.

Born into a family of musicians, Kieran has been surrounded by music his entire life. When it came time to make the "career choice," there really wasn't any other option. Kieran graduated in 2020 from Brandon University with a Bachelor's of Music Degree in Jazz Performance (drum set) with distinction, and as member of the Dean's list. Through his four years at BU, he had the opportunity to learn from and work with some brilliant musical minds, and through those experiences gained invaluable knowledge about the language of music and what it really means to play music with other people - along with everything else that comes with a music degree. Kieran has been a private drum set instructor and clinician for the last 7 years and has worked with students of all ages and skill levels. His goal as an instructor is to encourage musical growth while maintaining the impetus of why we play music in the first place - music is fun and it can take us to a place that nothing else does.

Versatile guitarist and vocalist Kyle Cobb is a teacher and performer in Winnipeg, Manitoba. With his personal style rooted in Jazz and American Music, Kyle has pursued his performance degree in Jazz Studies at the University of Manitoba. During his time at the University of Manitoba Kyle studied with many world class musicians (Karly Epp, Jon Gordon, Fabio Ragnelli) and in his first year performed and recorded with the director of his faculty. Kyle has held the guitar chair with many of Winnipeg's best musicians (Julian Bradford, Zachary Rushing, Jared Beckstead) and has worked extensively leading his own band as a vocalist. Kyle is a dedicated educator with nearly a decade of teaching experience and is always seeking to enhance his lessons.
