Richelle is a dedicated piano and voice teacher with a strong background in music and education. She holds a Music Diploma from Red Deer Polytechnic, a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from the University of Lethbridge, and a Bachelor of Education, combining artistic excellence with a versatile and inclusive teaching approach. She is currently working with English as an Additional Language (EAL) students and supporting learners with diverse needs in Knowledge and Employability (K&E) programs. She has completed Royal Conservatory of Music (RCM) Grade 8 Piano, Grade 7 Voice, and Advanced Theory Rudiments. Richelle has over a decade of choral experience, theatre productions and lots of opera experience. She brings a rich ensemble and classical foundation to her lessons. Outside the classroom, she performs with Jess and Friends, a musical group that shares Filipino music at cultural and community events. Fluent in Filipino, she welcomes students from all backgrounds and fosters a supportive, engaging, and joyful learning environment. With over 6,000 live performances to his name, Rick brings a deep well of experience—from writing catchy radio jingles and pop songs to composing soundtracks and landing a publishing deal for his debut CD.
Whether you're just starting out or looking to take your skills to the next level, Rick’s lessons are all about making music fun, relaxed, and personal. As a multi-instrumentalist, he offers instruction on piano, guitar, and bass guitar, helping students discover their musical voice and enjoy playing—solo or with others.
Rick focuses on ear training, improvisation, reading music, and encouraging students to put their own spin on songs. His teaching style is supportive and engaging, tailored to suit all levels and learning styles.
For more advanced students, Rick dives deeper into improvisation, chord charts, song structure, boogie woogie, and the role of keyboards in rock and pop bands. He also offers hands-on guidance in MIDI sequencing and hard disk recording, opening up creative possibilities for music production.

Rik studied guitar and graduated from the United Conservatory of Music in Calgary. He has toured as a lead guitarist, produced, and written professionally with Trooper, David Wilcox, Long John Baldry, Barney Bentall, Nazareth, Kim Mitchell, Frank McKay, Blue Rodeo, Matt Minglewood, Men of the Deeps, Motorhead, and numerous other groups. Rob has been teaching music lessons for 26 years and has been playing for 38. A versatile musician, he offers lessons in guitar, bass, piano, and drums—though guitar holds a special place in his heart. “Guitar is my baby. That’s what I always come back to. Guitar is my passion but everything else kind of flows from there.”
Rob started playing music at age 13 and went on to build a professional career in the Toronto music scene before moving back to his hometown of Belleville in early 2003. During his time in Toronto, he worked with the alternative rock band Our Lady Peace and the French-Canadian band Simple Plan.
With a deep belief in the power of dedication, Rob encourages students of all backgrounds to explore music. “I believe you can play any instrument, all it takes is the want to do it and then sitting down and making the effort,” he says. “That's where I come in. I love having students because they inspire me and I can inspire them.”
Rob teaches students of all ages and skill levels—from five-year-olds just beginning their musical journey to seniors looking to improve or revisit their skills. His goal is to help each student grow, no matter where they’re starting from.

Robert has been a professional guitarist for many years. He has perfected his guitar playing through private lessons with high level musicians such as Pierre Côté, Yves Nadeau, Greg Amirault and Christian Malette. Having performed on many Montreal stages as an accompanist for several artists including Jean-François Fabiano (Robert Charlebois), Chicago Beau (Muddy Waters) and Carl Tremblay, Robert has also released a jazz album of original compositions in 2018 to then play on many stages in the Caribbean with his jazz trio. Robert Tite holds a Bachelor of Music from the University of Toronto and an Artist Diploma from Mohawk College. He is the Principal Clarinetist of the Georgian Bay Symphony and has also played as a guest of the New Hamilton Orchestra and the Toronto Philharmonic. Robert has also performed in several of the GBS chamber concert series and performed the Copland Clarinet Concerto with the Georgian Bay Symphony. He is the director of many groups including the Great Lake Winds and the GBS Clarinet Choir and has been a guest clinician at many schools. Roberto won the Argentinean National Classical Guitar contest two years in a row at ages 10 and 11 and has performed with renowned artists from the Florida Grand Opera, Teatro alla Scala di Milano, Opera de Metz, and BBC. Roberto is a versatile musician with experience in various genres, from Classical to Bossa nova, Tango, Latin American music, Jazz, Rock & Pop, and Interactive music. As a composer and music producer, Roberto has written music for Apple, Discovery Channel, Spotify, MTV, Amazon, TNT, FIFA, Epson, Chevrolet, PBS, Project Runway, and YouTube.
With more than 25 years of experience in Music Education, Roberto has worked as a guitar instructor, music teacher, professor, and guest speaker in the USA, Canada, Argentina, and globally via the Internet. He teaches music and audio subjects in English and Spanish at all levels and ages and prepares students for International Music Examinations.

Robin has been playing trumpet since 2006, and has a bachelor’s degree in Jazz Studies from Capilano University, a bachelor’s degree in psychology from SFU, and a German Studies certificate from SFU. She currently plays lead trumpet in Matt Grinke’s Happiest Big Band on Earth, the Leading Ladies Little-Big Band, the Deep Cove Big Band, and Mike WT Allen's Space Elevator, while participating in various side projects including leading her own brass quartet. She has extensive experience touring schools with the Leading Ladies "Big Bandology" series, and leading workshops for brass players of all ages and skill levels. Her teaching approach focuses on building confidence and healthy playing habits, while helping each student develop and improve their art practice. Robyn Slack is a multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, performer, and music educator based out of Edmonton, Alberta. He is well-versed in many different genres and styles, having studied classical guitar from an early age before playing lead in a variety of hard rock and punk bands and ultimately studying jazz at Grant MacEwan College, graduating from their music program with a comprehensive major. Robyn has been awarded several EAC grants for his musical endeavours, and has written and released albums with a number of different projects, including pop punk quartet Colour In Conflict and alt-folk ensemble Payphones. He has performed in festivals across the country, as a musical guest on CBC’s The Irrelevant Show, and has composed music for film, theatre, and podcasts. Robyn has been teaching guitar and ukulele for over a decade, and believes in tailoring curriculum to each student’s individual musical goals in order to help them excel while making learning engaging, rewarding, and fun.

Having grown up as a metal and rock musician who now focuses on jazz performance and composition, Ryan is a versatile musician who prides himself on adapting to students interests and ability. As a lifelong student, Ryan has been fortunate to study privately in New York City with acclaimed guitarist Max Light as well as with renowned Edmonton based educators such as Jim Head and Brett Hansen.
