Description
Epiphone's long friendship with Les Paul began in 1940 when Les built one of the world's first solid-body electric guitars while working the night shift at Epiphone's original Manhattan factory. Les's first solid-body guitar, nicknamed the Log, would go on to inspire the Les Paul Standard, which many consider the finest electric guitar ever made.
The 1960s Les Paul Standard models in Epiphone's new Inspired by Gibson collection recreate the sound of 1960s Les Pauls. They feature a classic mahogany body with a maple top, Grover® tuners and are powered by ProBucker™ humbuckers with CTS electronics.
Available finishes include Ice Tea, Ebony and Bourbon Burst.
