Ampeg's GVT5H guitar amplifier head gives you the look and style of Ampeg's classic '70s VT series amps in a 5-watt format that's perfect for small gigs and recording. Don't let the 5-watt power rating fool you, this amplifier puts out plenty volume. So much, in fact, that Ampeg equipped it with a dual-mode switch, so you can cut the power down to 2.5 watts for recording. What's more, Ampeg gave it a super-smooth 2-band Baxandall-style EQ, so you can sculpt your GVT5H's tone to perfection.
