Since the beginnings in East Germany is 1925, Gewa has since grown to be a global team of outstanding craftmanship creating violins rich in tradition with the help of modern technological advancements.

The Ideale is made completely by hand with solid european woods to offer a clear and pleasant sound with maturity akin to a higher end violin. The instrument is equipped with ebony fittings to further the Ideales ability to resonate naturally.

This violin is a 3/4 size, meaning it is great fit for youth nearing full height or for shorter adults. The solid wood construction and handmade nature does wonders to offset the lack of resonance brought on by the smaller size.

***This instrument is housed in its original blue nylon hard case and comes with a brand new brazil-wood bow and a fresh rosin. It is strung with Prelude Steel Core Strings.
