The Ludwig Keystone X Pro Beat configuration is a thunderous, no-nonsense set of American made shells.

The classic Ludwig Maple layers for the Keystone X Series are coated with American Red Oak on the inside and outside. This special oak wood gives the shells a kind of equalizer by focusing and above all articulating the sound. Furthermore, the special construction creates a voluminous, powerful sound with an extra portion of attack. For additional resonance, the 45° bearing edge in the middle provide a perfect fit for the percussion skin.

The Keystone X shells are manufactured under the same strict quality standards as the Classic Maple and Legacy Ludwig . The result is a perfect balance between powerful volume and subtle articulation.

This price includes the pictured hardware (Two-leg Iron Cobra Hihat stand, two snare stands, two boom stands, and a rouge valley hardware bag). The kick is outfitted with a coated EMAD for maximum punch and includes an Evans EQPad inside the drum to tame the resonance. While it definitely shows typical wear of a player-grade kit, it's far from the end of its time on the road, in the studio, or in a jam hall.
