Description
Michael Rath is a famed trombone manufacturer from England whos instruments can be found in every musical environment. Being handcrafted in house Rath trombones are beloved for their modularity, a practice which has helped so many trombone players feel at home on a Rath horn.
This Rath bell is 8" and is composed of a gold brass. Gold brass consists of 85% copper and 15% zinc which produces a warmer and darker sound than the more common yellow brass makeups.
The size and makeup of this bell would suit a jazz horn setup. Though it would be well at home in a commercial or orchestral setting as well. Rath parts are designed to be adaptable to any sonic space.
