Due to the overwhelmingly positive response to the Black Panther Design Lab series, Mapex has decided to introduce the same revolutionary features to its Saturn series drums. In addition to Soniclear bearing edges, isolation gaskets, airflow ventilation, Sonic Pedestal isolation feet, and chamber-specific shells, Saturn Evolution introduces the HALO tom mounting system.
New Mapex Halo Tom mount
The revolutionary new Mapex Halo mount is featured on all Saturn Evolution toms and provides the freedom of total resonance. Utilizing a lateral "below the lug line" suspension system, this revolutionary isolation mount allows the shell to breathe freely, delivering a pure, open sound.
Saturn's Evolution Shells
The all-new Saturn Evolution series showcases the full range of the renowned Saturn sound. Utilizing hybrid shells in maple/walnut and birch/walnut combinations in a full range of sizes and crossover finishes, Saturn Evolution offers unlimited combinations to customize your sound.
