Andrew Greenwood (Saxophone, Flûte, Clarinette, Piano)

A multi-instrumentalist, Andrew is a performer and composer, as well as educator and has degrees from UVIC where he studied classical music and Humber College in Toronto where he studied jazz. He performs regularly in a variety of genres including jazz, reggae, funk, hiphop and rock.
Andrew's rate is $33 per half hour.

Cleo Yong (Violon, Alto, Piano)

Cleo Yong has been teaching musicians of all ages and abilities since 2015. Cleo studied at the University of Victoria, having both a bachelor’s degree in Violin Orchestral Studies (2022) and, more recently, an MA in Musicology (2024). As part of her music education, Cleo studied and performed both the violin and viola. Cleo enjoys guiding her students in their musical learning adventure and sets achievable practice goals to maintain steady improvement.
Cleo's rate is $32 per half hour.

Lana Sokolova (Piano)

With over 30 years of teaching experience and more than 15 years at Long & McQuade in Victoria, Lana brings a strong classical background to her piano and theory lessons. She is dedicated to helping students succeed in exam preparation, concert performance, and personal musical goals. Lana’s patient and encouraging teaching style inspires confidence while developing solid technique and a lifelong love of music.
Lana's rate is $34 per half hour.

Laura Cave (Piano)

With an ARCT in performance and background in classical music, Laura has enjoyed a career performing pop, rock, and jazz piano with vocals in the hotels of Europe, Canada and the USA. Some of her favourite composers include Bach, Chopin, Mozart, and U2. Teaching in Victoria since 2009, she is highly versatile and has a flexible approach to lessons.
Laura's rate is $33 per half hour.

Peter Zaza (Piano)

Peter studied at the Royal Conservatory in Toronto and has been in the music business for most of his life. He teaches kids and adults in styles ranging from Classical to Jazz.
Peter's rate is $32 per half hour.

Sebastian Britneff (Basse électrique, Piano)

Sebastian currently plays in pop/R&B bands "The Pickups" and "Linggo" on bass and keyboards, and has toured Canada as a pit musician in theatre productions, including Ride the Cyclone. He studied jazz bass at Humber College and has a Bachelor of Music in piano from UVic.
Sebastian believes that learning music should be enriching and fun, and will construct lessons based on his student’s individual interests with his wealth of experience in different genres.
Sebastian's rate is $32 per half hour.

Serena Jack (Piano, Violon, Chant)

Serena Jack has been teaching music lessons since 2012. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Violin Orchestral Studies UVIC 2020, Suzuki Training Certificate in Violin and Piano 2017, Royal Conservatory of Music Performance Diploma in Piano 2017, Grade 10 Performer’s Diploma in Violin, 2017 Teacher’s Diploma in Violin 2019, Grade 10 Theory, History, and Counterpoint 2020, and Grade 9 Voice 2017, Serena continues to learn currently pursuing a Grade 10 Performer’s diploma in Voice and a Teacher’s Diploma in Piano.
Serena's rate is $33 per half hour.

Thomas Redant (Piano, Chant)

Thomas is the lead singer/keyboardist for the band The Everyday Kings and is currently studying at UVic, pursuing a Masters in Musicology. His wealth of education in both music and theatre, experience, and positive attitude make him a great fit for people of all levels.
