Adam Koopmans

Adam Koopmans (Guitar, Ukulele, Bass)

Adam is an Honours Berklee grad, with multiple scholarships. He worked as a music tutor & has been teaching privately for over 10 years. An accomplished multi-instrumentalist, Adam produces his own music for games and media. He teaches with a pragmatic, modern approach. Also teaches ukulele. His rate is $25/30min

Adriana Green

Adriana Green (Piano, Oboe, Guitar)

Adriana graduated from the National Conservatory in Argentina and has Specialization from the Academia Chiggiana in Italy. Adriana has performed in many symphony orchestras and takes pride in a strong work ethic. Participation in RCM exams is encouraged. Her rate is $25/30min

Gary Glover

Gary Glover (Guitar, Bass)

Gary studied piano and guitar at Humber College. He has been teaching for over 30 years. He gets students making music right away. Gary has experience teaching Adult Community Living and enjoys teaching students of all ages. His rate is $24/30min

Jeff Peacock

Jeff Peacock (Guitar, theory, bass)

A performer, teacher and composer with 40+ years of experience. Past students include Eric Shenkman of the Spin Doctors, Mike Turner of Our Lady Peace, RCM silver medal winners and many students who have attended and graduated from Humber College and York University Music Programs. Jeff has aBFA-Hon in music from York University and completed Grade 10RCM in classical guitar, where he also studied violin, piano and vocal. A member in good standing in the AFM he is also currently a member of the Brampton Jazz Mechanics Big Band. His rate is $25/30min lesson

Jon Grant

Jon Grant (Guitar, Bass, Piano)

Jon has University Music Studies in Performance and Ethnomusicology. Private studies include 'Guitar Craft' with Robert Fripp (King Crimson). The balance between creativity and technique is a main focus. Having fun and being relaxed, while still getting “the lesson learned” is another. Jon's rate is $24/30min

Mike Attard

Mike Attard (Guitar, Bass)

As an Honours Humber College Jazz Studies grad. Mike has performed with many theatre, Jazz, Rock, Top 40, and Tribute groups, in venues across Canada and the US. He has been teaching for over 10 years in individual and group settings. His rate is $24/30min

Mike Gauthier

Mike Gauthier (Guitar, Ukulele)

Mike studied music at York University. As a parent of four, he understands the importance of developing the gift of music. His strength is teaching music notation and developing finger picking /folk-rock styles. Also teaches ukulele. His rate is $24/30min

Nick Lee

Nick Lee (Guitar)

Nick provides a comfortable learning environment for beginners & experienced players alike. Lessons are tailored to the student & incorporate fundamentals of Rock, Blues, Jazz, Classical & more. His rate is $23/30min

Tony Borges

Tony Borges (Guitar, Bass)

Tony teaches in the Peel Board and has a comfortable teaching style. He has taught guitar, bass & backing vocals for over 10 years. Tony is the lead guitarist with “A Band Called 9” & has a soulful repertoire of Blues, Modern Rock, Folk and original material. His rate is $23/30min lesson
