Bethany has been playing piano since 2010 and achieved her grade 9 RCM. She has worked with children of all ages and abilities in various settings. She was raised with a strong musical background and attended Canadore College for Theatre Arts, graduating in 2019. Her rate is $25 per ½ hour lesson.

Catherine has been an instructor for over 25 years in central Ontario and North Bay, specializing in elementary piano pedagogy. She has completed all theory and history certificates at the A.R.C.T. (Associate Diploma in Piano Performance) level for the Royal Conservatory of Music . She is also an affiliate member f of O.R.M.T.A. (Ontario Registered Teacher’s Association). Her rate is $25 per ½ hour lesson.

Chip joined the RCAF in 1973. In 1986 he decided he needed a career change and in 1986 enrolled in the Volunteer Musician Program at 14 Wing Canadian Forces Base, studying saxophone there until 1989 when he was transferred to 22 Wing CFB North Bay. Chip continued his studies at the Canadian Forces School of Music and did Basic Improvisation & Keyboard Method & Theory through Berklee College of Music. He was appointed Director of the 22 Wing CFB North Bay in 1998 and served there until 2016. He was the Ensemble Director and Saxophone Instructor for the Nipissing University Applied Music Programme. Chip has performed with the Central Band of The Canadian Forces, 8 Wing CFB Trenton, The Continentals Big Band, Nightshift Dance Band and still performs with the After Hours Jazz Combo and the 22 Wing Military Band. His Rate is $25 per 1/2 hour lesson.

Cole received his degree in Performance for Drums & Percussion at Centennial College, and has experience teaching students of all ages through multiple music schools in Barrie. His background spans multiple genres including rock, blues, solo, jazz, R&B, latin, boss nova, samba, salsa, calypso, assorted Indian and African genres, and more. Aside from teaching, he also performs with multiple acts, such as the Led Zeppelin cover band "Moby Dick" as well as his Cream tribute band, "Fresh Cream". Cole's rate is $25 per 30 minute lesson.

Daniel teaches students of all ages, in multiple genres including Rock, Blues, Country and Classical guitar technique. He is dedicated to each individual student’s musical development and focuses on theory, technique and performance. Daniel studied at Wilfred Laurier University under Terry McKenna in a Bachelor of Music program for guitar performance. He is a highly proficient performer and has been teaching privately for more than 15 years. Daniel’s rate is $25 per ½ hour lesson.

Jason is a Music Performance graduate with a B.A. from Laurentian University and has been teaching since 2010. He has designed a fun, innovative curriculum suitable for all ages. He teaches all genres of music and advanced drum rudiments, including Symphony percussion. Jason is an experienced performer & songwriter, with touring history and 2 albums released. His rate is $26 per ½ hour lesson.

J.C. has completed his Grade 9 RCM for Piano with Grade 3 harmony & history. He has been teaching private piano lessons in Brampton and in North Bay, since 2012. He offers students of all ages an opportunity to explore their love of music with a focus on technique and artistry. He's also a member of the Ontario College of Teachers, specializing in teaching high school math & physics with the Near North District School Board. His rate is $25 per ½ hour lesson.

Jennifer has a Bachelor of Education: Specialist Music Intermediate and Senior Divisions, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (Music Teachable – Voice). She has completed her Grade 8 RCM for Piano. Jennifer is a member of the Ontario College of Teachers. She teaches students of all ages with an individual approach to lessons. With focus on technique and theory, sight reading and ear training, Jennifer will take each student to the next level of their musical journey. Her rate is $28 per ½ hour lesson.

Jennifer completed a Bachelor of Music in Violin Performance degree at Sir Wilfred Laurier as well as a course in musical pedagogy, and has been teaching and performing for over 20 years. She teaches RCM and Suzuki Method and plays with the North Bay Symphony orchestra. Jennifer is comfortable teaching classical violin and Celtic fiddle styles. Her rate is $25 per ½ hour lesson.

Jordan began his cello training at Cambrian College under the guidance of former NBSO conductor Dr. Metro Kozak. He attended the University of Ottawa music program where he studied with National Arts Centre Orchestra principal cellist Amanda Forsyth and NACO cellist Margaret Munro-Tobolowska. He has done numerous performances in Ottawa both in and outside of the University in addition to teaching stringed instruments, including his first instrument, the guitar. He is the North Bay Symphony principal cellist. Jordan’s rate is $25 per ½ hour lesson.

Rose has a BFA in Music and Theatre from Laurentian University and an MA in Creative Arts Therapies (Music Therapy) from Concordia University. She has 10 years experience as a singer-songwriter and touring artist and is also a board certified music therapist. Rose has been teaching for approximately 5 years and has familiarity with a variety of genres including jazz, classical, folk and musical theatre.

Samanta was born in Quito Ecuador and graduated in 2009 with a BA in music from the University of Cuenca where she studied opera. While at university she toured Europe with her band and received national recognition from the government of Ecuador.
She was Choir Director at a major school in Cuenca and has performed with students in TV shows and events and has been showcased here in North Bay by local media. She continues to perform, compose and collaborate with her band Medussah while working in Early Childhood Education. Samanta teaches voice in Contemporary, Pop, Rock and Classical styles. Her rate is $25 per 1/2 hour lesson.
