Aiden Russell (Drums)

Online Lessons:

Aiden Russell has played drums for the fourteen years and has performed in many Saskatoon-based bands. He also studied piano for 10 years. Aiden currently studies under Nashville-based drummer Dango Cellan, who plays for Scott Stapp and Amber Pacific. He has earned a Fine Arts Degree from the University of Regina. Aiden is willing to work with any student at any level. As a teacher, Aiden hopes to show students the joys of drumming and creative experimentation.

Aiden teaches at our Saskatoon 43rd Street location.

Rate: $26 per half hour.

Brock Neilson (Drums)

Online Lessons:

Brock Neilson has been playing drums since 2009 and teaching since 2018. He is an experienced teacher, performer and songwriter and has played drums for many different groups including Witherfire, Yeoman and November Down. His expertise on the drums extends to rock, funk, soul, rap, country, worship and many other styles of music. His intent as a teacher is to instill a love of music in students and help them to achieve their goals as musicians.

Brock teaches drum lessons in Saskatoon at both our 8th St. and 43rd St. location.

Rate: $28 per half hour

Jordan Ahmed (Drums)

Teaching Style: rock

Jordan is a passionate and versatile drummer with over eight years of experience, currently performing with the Saskatoon-based band The Radiant—a group recognized with multiple nominations from Sask Music and the Western Canadian Music Awards. In addition to his work with The Radiant, he regularly collaborates with other local groups and touring artists, showcasing his adaptability across genres. While his primary focus is rock and pop, Jordan brings a rich musical background that includes jazz, funk, fusion, R&B, and drumline.

As a teacher, Jordan emphasizes musical vocabulary and fluid movement around the drum kit, helping students unlock their creative voice. His lessons blend foundational elements—such as rudiments, grooves, and ear training—with an explorative approach that keeps practice fresh and engaging. Jordan welcomes students of all levels, encouraging them to develop confidence, independence, and their own unique style through rhythm.
