Recording a Live Band with Matthew Facca

Matthew will take us through the steps of recording a live band using the latest and greatest in recording technology. Topics covered will include: live tracking, mixing, microphones and preamps, compression, plug ins and effects, and more. All experience levels welcome! Matthew will discuss some more advanced topics, but everyone is encouraged to come, even if they are new to recording.

Creative Songwriting with Sarah Farthing

Local songstress Sarah Farthing (sarahfarthing.com) takes us through her creative approach to songwriting. All ages and skill levels welcome!

Try one of the new SeaWind horns and get a ‘mini-clinic’ with a true saxophone master.

The “Roots” of Gretsch with Fender’s Peter Davyduck

Join us for a run through of the exciting line-up of Gretsch Roots Series instruments, as well as the history of the company. Also enjoy some insights into the original Roots line and its current revival.
