Improv 102 with Tyson Galloway

Join us and learn how to build chords from the ground up, develop a comprehensive understanding of how chords function with music, and understand how to read complex or altered chords with ease. Tyson will also cover how to use chord embellishments in your songwriting, and how to play lead or solo over any chord progression. Tyson is a teacher at Long & Mcquade Cobourg and plays in several different bands locally including Madman’s Window. 

Wednesday, March 28 | 7pm
Voice Control with Kim Doolittle

Join us as Kim explains how to be a better singer using breathing techniques, projection, mic techniques, and vocal harmonies. She will demonstrate control using chest, head voice, and falsetto for styles such as blues, country, pop, and production, as well as explain the differences between them. Kim is a local singer-songwriter who has been playing and writing songs for over 45 years.
