Guitar Maintenance with Andrew Smith

So your guitar is new and shiny and all you want to do is get home and play it. We never want that feeling to go away! But, if you’re stumped on how to keep your instrument looking good and in good playing condition, or you don’t quite understand all your instrument’s features, or what all those accessories are actually for, then join us in the Lesson Centre to find out how! Our resident guitar guru, Andrew Smith, will show you that basic guitar care doesn’t have to be intimidating. Topics include tuning and restringing, cleaning and care, how to monitor the affects of humidity and how to avoid typical pitfalls all while enhancing the experience of guitar ownership. Although this is a clinic primarily targeted for beginners, seasoned players are encouraged to attend as well. Feel free to bring your instrument along if you have particular questions.
