Podcasting/Live Streaming 101 with Alex Knight 
It can be daunting trying to figure out what you need to get started with podcasting or live streaming.  Instead of scouring the internet for tutorials and listening to varying opinions from people that may not be experts, attendees will learn to overcome the obstacles of starting a podcast from someone who has 10 years of experience in the industry, as well as an audio engineering background. Alex is the recording specialist at Long & McQuade North Vancouver, and also runs his own podcast network and recording studio.

Afro-Brazilian Rhythms for Everyone with David DiTomaso   
This fun and interactive clinic will teach the feel and rhythms of Africa and the South Americas. There will be instruments on hand to play, and if you just want to watch, that’s great too! David DiTomaso is an internationally renowned percussion educator and performer with over 25 years experience. Equally at home on a drum set or hand percussion, he is fluent in many global styles, rhythms and cultures.
