Update Regarding COVID-19 and Our Stores and Lesson Centres

In response to the COVID-19 outbreak our stores are currently not open to the public. We are open for pickup, curbside delivery or to ship orders.       


  • Through our web store, where you can have your items shipped to you.
  • From your local store, where we have reduced staff behind locked doors, following personal and environmental hygiene practices as outlined by the WHO, helping to fulfill people’s orders with no-contact, curbside service. 
    • Please call or email the store in advance to arrange your purchase, or use the web store “Pick up in Store” function.
    • At most locations credit card payment is required; however, some locations have mobile debit available. Please check with your store. We are not accepting cash at this time.
    • Some locations are offering local delivery. Check with the store near you for availability.
    • Some locations have reduced store hours at this time. Check the store’s web page for updates.


  • We are able to offer select rental options via curbside service for all stores across Canada. Minimum one-month term applies. Please call your local store to arrange your rental and pickup.
  • We are now able to accept rental returns in all provinces. Please call the store to arrange your rental return. All returned rentals are quarantined and sanitized before being rented out again.

  • At this time, we are not able to accept new repairs.
  • Please contact the store directly if you have a repair that you’d like to pick up.

Trade Ins, Inventory Purchases and Returns:

  • At the moment we are not taking trades or making inventory purchases.
  • If you’d like to return a purchased item, please contact your local store to review your options.
