Electronic Music Production 101 with STRANJAH


In this clinic you will learn the basic steps to creating a track with Ableton Live production software.  From drum programming to key-editing and mixing techniques – you’re sure to gain essential skills that will go a long way in your journey as a music producer!

Essential Harmonica Technique with Carlos del Junco

From pucker vs tongue blocking technique, to slaps, warbles, bending notes, playing octaves, how to do a good vibrato, and double stops - this workshop will be a crash course on all things to do with essential harmonica technique.

Have your harmonica on hand – preferably in the key of C, as well as in G. 

This workshop is suitable for advanced beginner to intermediate players – someone who is comfortable playing clean single notes.

Cuba-born and Toronto-raised, Carlos del Junco has received numerous awards and released 10 CDs over the last 30 years, and has taught numerous workshops in Canada, the US and Europe.

Jeremy Darby
is a Toronto-based sound engineer with over four decades of experience. He has worked with countless Grammy- and JUNO-winning artists including Pink Floyd, Prince, and Lou Reed – and has himself been nominated for his roles in various projects.

Brian Moncarz
is a Toronto-based producer/mixer who honed his skills working alongside the legendary Bob Ezrin and David Bottrill, and has proven his talents working with bands like Our Lady Peace, The Trews, and Yukon Blonde.

George Seara
is one of Toronto’s leading mixers and recording engineers. He has received multiple Grammy and JUNO nominations for his work with Shawn Mendes, Alessia Cara, Drake, Sting, and Ed Sheeran, among others. He also won Recording Engineer of the Year at the JUNOs in 2012.
