Beyond The Guitar: Effects Pedals on Other Instruments
with Mike WT Allen

Delve into the world of using effects pedals on horns, strings, vocals - anything other than just your guitar! How do you do it? What works and what doesn't? How do you make all those weird noises? Discover the ins and outs of using those "guitar" effects on non-guitar instruments.

Mike is a saxophonist who's lugged a horn and way too many effects pedals to way too many gigs for way too many years. He is a member of touring groups such as Five Alarm Funk and History of Gunpowder, and has a keen interest in making his sax sound as weird as possible in various experimental and improvised musical settings.
