Heather will lead a songwriting clinic with an emphasis on lyric writing. She will share her songwriting philosophy, as well as tips and tricks to write your best work in a comfortable and supportive atmosphere. Space is limited so be sure to sign up today.

Heather is a Hamilton-based Americana singer-songwriter. Her major influences include Jason Molina, Wilco, Cat Power and Lucero, among others.

Following a star-crossed romance with an American con man, Heather lost everything. She used songwriting to transform her heartbreak into art, and the resulting album, Desert Message, was named the Best Album of 2019 by Hugo Vogel of altcountry.nl, leading to a European tour and many favourable reviews including in the Philadelphia Inquirer, as well as charting top 5 in the Canadian Roots Charts.
