Long & McQuade Free Shipping

  • For most orders over $99, Long & McQuade will cover the shipping costs.
  • Due to size, weight or destination, some items will not qualify for free shipping.
  • If the order does not qualify for free shipping, Long & McQuade will subsidize the cost with our Free Shipping Allowance.
  • All shipping credits and charges (if applicable) are clearly displayed on our View Order Summary page prior to completing your order.
  • Local Store Specials from Gearhunter and used items are not eligible for free shipping or the shipping allowance.

Pick-Up In Store

  • New items ordered online can be picked up in any of our locations without any shipping fees.  Just choose "Pickup In Store" on the product page.

Print Music & Small Package Orders

  • Print Music orders and some small items under $99 can often be shipped by regular mail for $7.00.  Post Mail orders do not have tracking and can take 5-15 business days to arrive.  It is possible that our shipping team may open your package to re-arrange the contents so it qualifies for post mail.

​Long & McQuade Shipping Insurance

  • Long & McQuade Shipping Insurance provides 100% replacement coverage if your shipment is lost or damaged in transit.

      Additional benefit: 

  • When you purchase a new product, a free shipping allowance is included. If you return the item to any Long & McQuade store and you purchased shipping insurance, you’ll receive full refund of the shipping allowance.   

      Please note:

  • Any shipping charges beyond the shipping allowance amount are non-refundable.
  • Local Store Specials from GearHunter and used items do not qualify for shipping refunds.
