Description
Vintage Ajax 5x14 wood snare drum in White Marine Pearl finish from the 1950's or 1960's, made in England. Shell is 3-ply (appears to be Beech) with reinforcement rings. Die cast hoops. Snare throw off is missing original tensioner knob, but is fully functional. Internal muffler is not original. A cool vintage snare drum with a warm, woody tone and a solid "crack" rimshot sound.
