The new Les Paul Standard returns to the classic design that made it a success, popular, and influential sonic icon across generations and musical genres. It pays homage to Gibson's golden age of innovation and revives its authentic sound. The '60s Les Paul Standard features a solid mahogany body with an AA flamed maple top, a slim '60s-style mahogany neck with a rosewood fingerboard and trapezoidal inlays. It comes equipped with a classic Tune-O-Matic bridge, an aluminum stop bar tailpiece, Grover Rotomatic "Kidney" tuners, and gold-plated potentiometer knobs with silver reflectors. The Burstbucker 61R (neck) and Burstbucker 61T (bridge) pickups feature AlNiCo V magnets, audio-curve potentiometers, and Orange Drop capacitors.
