Description
The Make Noise Echophon is a Eurorack modular synthesizer module that combines a delay with a pitch shifter. Engineered with DSP by Tom Erbe of Soundhack, it features voltage control over all parameters, an analog dry signal path, tempo synchronization, and a "freeze" function for stutter effects.Key Features and SpecificationsPitch Shifting: Capable of shifting the pitch of the signal up to +/- 2 octaves.Echo Time: Offers exponential control of delay time, ranging from a minimum of 7 ms to a maximum of 1.7 seconds.Feedback Paths: Includes two independent internal digital feedback paths (Loop 1 and Loop 2) along with an external analog feedback path for further processing.Tempo Sync: Synchronizes echoes to multiples or divisions of an external clock.Freeze: Features a dedicated button and gate input for hold, stutter, and sampling techniques.Hardware: 24-bit ADC/DAC, 32-bit processing, and an all-analog dry signal path. Width is 20HP and current draw is 70 mA at +12V, 40 mA at -12V.
