Own a piece of drum history with a Rogers Classmate snare drum! This real vintage example from the prestigious Rogers brand is a 4" x 13" student level drum from approximately 1960, featuring a mahogany shell with white enamel finish, silk wire-wound snare wires with a single tension adjuster, and posts instead of the tension rods you would see on most modern snare drums. Originally, these snares would have been sold with a basic stand, a set of sticks, and a piece of percussion music, but all that remains of this kit is the snare itself. At the time a budget & student-friendly snare, the Classmate would provide an excellent alternative snare sound or perhaps a collector piece for those interested in the history of percussion.
