The T-Rex Mudhoney II is a dual-channel distortion pedal that packs two of the original, highly-praised Mudhoney circuits into a single stompbox. It features independent Level, Gain, and Tone controls for each channel, plus a Boost switch for extra saturation.

The Mudhoney II is famous for its warm, tube-like distortion and fuzz-like characteristics at higher gain settings. Instead of "stacking" the two channels together, the pedal functions like a two-channel amplifier. You can set one channel for a crunchy, low-gain rhythm tone and the other for a saturated, high-gain lead tone, switching seamlessly between the two using the dedicated footswitches
