The Gibson ES-339 is a modern classic designed for those who want the sound and look of an ES-335, but in a slightly smaller and lighter package. Its rosewood fingerboard, adorned with mother-of-pearl inlays, on a hand-rolled, C-shaped mahogany neck, reminds players of the legend's origins. The 57/57 Classic+ humbucker pickups, paired with Gibson's hand-wired tone circuitry, deliver the versatile Gibson ES tone that guitarists have dreamed of for over 60 years. Tuning stability and accuracy are ensured by Grover Rotomatic tuners with kidney-shaped buttons, combined with a lightweight aluminum ABR-1 bridge and a Stop Bar tailpiece.
