The Gibson Flying V™ was way ahead of its time when it was launched in 1958, and only 81 were sold that year. Since then, it has become incredibly popular. The classic features of the original Flying V have been meticulously recreated on this historic reissue model. It features an ABR-1 bridge with a korina body and string-through construction, Custombucker pickups, a korina neck, an Indian rosewood fingerboard, two volume controls and a tone control with CTS® potentiometers and a Phone Book capacitor, gold hardware, Kluson® tuners, and a vintage-style pickguard. A hardshell case is included.
