Description
The Prestige 2051 and 2052 euphoniums feature the main tuning slide trigger system and unique lead pipe design and are the instruments of choice for many of the world's professional soloists and band players alike.
With the creation of the Prestige models, the combination of the redesigned valve group assembly, the new lead pipe, and the adjustable main tuning slide trigger means that the tuning is now totally controllable, giving the musician everything they need to play with perfect intonation in any circumstance, be it with piano, brass, wind band, or orchestra.
The Besson 2052 has a slightly larger bell size at 12", compared to the 11" on its sister horn the 2051. This larger bell offers a powerful, rich sound with greater projection, particularily in the middle range of the instrument. The Prestige line from Besson has been the gold-standard for orchestral and wind ensemble players for decades now due to their exemplary design and desireable sound.
**This instrument is housed in its original Besson Prestige case and comes included with the original Alliance E2 mouthpiece and mouthpiece pouch.
