Equipped with the same MaxConnect aluminum bridge found on the Virage, the SDC-33 provides extended saddle adjustment for precise intonation with any string gauge. Strings load easily from beneath the rear of the bridge, simplifying string changes. The bridge’s lightweight, full-contact design produces a rich, full-bodied tone with clear harmonics. VOX Super Smooth tuners ensure reliable tuning stability, while the mahogany neck paired with a rosewood fingerboard adds warmth and playability.

Unlike traditional single-coil or humbucker pickups, the CoAxe design features a central row of pole pieces housed within a high-impedance coil, flanked by dual blades. This entire assembly is wrapped in a low-impedance winding that effectively eliminates hum.
