Cheryl’s passion for music began back in her middle school band program, where she got to learn & experience a variety of instruments and ensembles. She has also been involved in many community woodwind ensembles such as the Fraser Valley Winds Ensemble & the Greater Vancouver Youth Music Academy. Cheryl started her degree at Kwantlen Polytechnic University and graduated at the University of British Columbia, in Spring 2023. At both schools she studied saxophone under Julia Nolan. Her rate is $32 per half hour.

Gloria began playing piano at the age of 9 and continues to have a love of music to this day. She progressed through the Royal Conservatory of Music to grade 10 and took up saxophone and clarinet in middle and high school. She received a Bachelor's of Music from UBC in 2015 and has been teaching music since 2013. She currently enjoys teaching piano, saxophone and clarinet to all ages. Her rate is $31 per half hour.

JUMPING JIVE BEANS MUSIC FOR PRE-SCHOOLERS
New this summer we are offering a week long program for young children ages 3-5 years old.
Children will learn the basics of rhythm and movement. This program does require one parent or guardian to accompany the student and will have fun singing, playing percussion instruments, and learning about the fundamentals of music. Led by veteran piano instructor, Brigette Ross, this will be a great way to introduce your little one to music with an emphasis on fun and exploration. Space is limited. DAVE'S SUMMER ROCK CAMP
Back this summer is our popular week long rock camps run by experienced instructor Dave Danylchuk. These camps are geared towards students that want to learn how to play their favorite rock songs together as a band. At the end of each week there will be a small performance. Open to ages 10-17 with a novice playing ability or 1 year min. of lessons experience. Students should be comfortable with their instruments and able to play basic chords and rhythms.
