Jack is a certified contemporary guitarist who has a Degree in Guitar Performance from Musicians Institute as well as an Advanced Professional Certification in Composition from Berklee College of Music. He is sophisticated in guitar shredding, heavy metal, rock, blues, jazz, neoclassical, songwriting, and music theory. He has also studied under some of the finest virtuosos in the world, such as Dave Martone, Paul Gilbert, Tony MacAlpine, etc. He released his first solo instrumental album Livin’ the Moments in 2018. Jack has been gigging consistently for the past 6 years. Jack is open to teach students of all age groups and skill levels. His rate is $32/half hour.

Lucas Drever (Bass Guitar, Guitar, Ukulele)

Lucas is a passionate bassist, guitarist, and songwriter with 20 years of musical experience. Currently entering his fourth year of the Bachelor of Music program at Vancouver Community College, where he studies under Laurence Mollerup, he is an active performer in Vancouver’s local music scene, playing with several bands. Specializing in rock, R&B, funk, folk, and singer-songwriter styles, Lucas is excited to inspire students by sharing his experience, creativity, and love for music. His teaching philosophy is centered on making music fun and engaging while encouraging students to discover the passion that will help them grow, develop, and thrive as musician. His Rate is $32/half hour

Paul Cheng (Cello, Violin, Viola, Theory, Upright Bass)

Paul started playing the violin at age 6. He studied at the Royal Conservatory of Music in London for a number of years, came to Canada in 1987, and continued his music education at the University of British Columbia and Manhattan School of Music in New York. Since then, Paul has been playing and teaching in North America for the last 20 years. Paul is actively performing all year round with local symphony orchestras and small ensembles... from Classical to Jazz and constantly recording with many local composers/artists. His rate is $33/half hour.
