Anca received both her Masters in Piano, as well her pedagogical degree from the Conservatory of Music in Romania. She teaches up to grade 10 rcm, and works well with students of all ages. Anca is encouraging when it comes to student recitals, as she believes that all musicians benefit from performing live. Anca has been a successful teacher now for over 15 years.

Josh Sinclair is a pianist, organist, composer, and teacher in the GTA. He completed his Masters degree in jazz piano from the University of Toronto where he studied with David Braid and Chris Donnelly, among others. He also completed his ARCT from the Royal Conservatory of Music and his CRCCO from the Royal Canadian College of Organists. Josh has worked as an organist and choir director at multiple churches in the GTA for over 10 years. He actively performs as a jazz pianist in venues across Toronto.
Josh has worked as a piano teacher for several years and as a RCM certified piano teacher has successfully prepared many students for RCM exams. He aims to inspire his students and encourage an appreciation of music.

lee wallace (Guitar, Piano)

Lee is part of a legacy of great Canadian Jazz Musicians. He studied the guitar with his father, acclaimed bassist Steve Wallace, an alumnus of the Oscar Peterson trio. He keeps a busy performance schedule, appearing in clubs and festivals throughout North America, including regular gigs in venues across Toronto. For the past 12 years he has also been a dedicated piano and guitar teacher. He holds an ARCT diploma in both piano performance and piano pedagogy, is an RCM certified piano teacher, and an Ontario Registered Music Teacher. He has lots of experience preparing students for recitals and performances, with many of his students achieving first class honors with distinction on their RCM piano exams. He enjoys nurturing the growing creativity of all his students and helping them to succeed throughout all the stages of their musical development.

lilia komaniecki (Violin, Piano)

Lilia is an accomplished teacher with over 30 years of experience and has always been a passionate musician, playing the violin since she was 5 years old. She received her Diploma of Music from Lviv Lyudkevycha State Music College and her Bachelor's Degree of Music from Drohobych State Pedagogical University. Lilia has performed with different symphony orchestras in Ukraine and in Canada. Currently, she prepares students for violin, piano, and theory RCM exams, accommodating individual students' needs and personal development.

Lobat started studying music theory and piano at the age of 10. After high school, she studied music composition for seven years in Regional Conservatory of France. Shorly after, Lobat earned her A.R.C.T diploma for piano, and her grade 8 rcm certification for voice. Since 1991, Lobat has been teaching piano (up to grade 11), voice, and music theory.

melanie austria-silvano (Piano)

Melanie Austria-Silvano is an accomplished musician with an ARCT in Piano Performance and an Advanced-level RCM Teacher's certificate. She's also an active member of the Ontario Registered Music Teachers Association. Melanie has been teaching at Long and McQuade-Mississauga since its opening. Additionally, she has had the opportunity to perform solo piano in Japan and Hawaii and has experience performing as a keyboardist for a rock band at various venues in Toronto.

mike simpson (Guitar, Piano, Voice)

Mike is a guitarist/bassist/vocalist/pianist with close to 20 years of teaching experience. Since earning a B.Mus. from Humber College in 2008, he has toured both coasts of the US and Canada and done three tours of Europe, to date. He’s performed with legendary jazz and session musicians Steve Gadd and Randy Brecker, and shared stages with a diverse range of acts; from metal (Dropdead, Dälek, Ancient VVisdom) to hip hop (Cadence Weapon, No Tourists, Jeru the Damaja). He's well-versed in all styles of music, with a background in Rock. On piano, he holds Grade 8 certification in RCM. These days he’s especially known for his electro/pop solo project "Jack Moves", where he uses live looping, software production, and synthesizers to create his own unique blend of sounds, and performs live locally on a monthly basis.

Renata received her Masters in violin from the Conservatory of Music in Latvia, as well as her 2nd pedagogical degree as a piano teacher. She has performed with various orchestras in Europe, the Middle East and Canada. Renata has over 10 years of teaching experience.

robin gruszczynski (Piano)

Robin has been studying piano and music theory for most of her life. She has been teaching piano, and theory for 8+ years. She has performed in various Polish Festivals, as well as charity events. With a Bachelor of Film and Television, majoring in Sound Design, Robin is active in the film industry as well as the gaming industry. She enjoys honing in on her craft as a sound designer and composer for many indie short films/documentaries that would be released on CBC Gems and selected at Film Festivals (VAFF, Toronto Short Internation Film Festival, Canada Shorts Film Festival, etc). With her free-spirited personality and charisma, she hopes to bring students of all ages and experience a new perspective on the world of music.

Selyne is a certified teacher for the Peel District School Board. She has been teaching piano for over 10 years, and enjoys incorporating creative teaching techniques in lessons to encourage the learning process. Selyne is also an active performer in the GTA, and has shared the stage with many artists including Carly Rae Jepsen and Dragonette.
