Cody Zevenbergen is a professional musician with a B.F.A. in Jazz Guitar Performance from York University. He grew up in South Bruce Peninsula where he still resides today. He is an enthusiastic member of Owen Sound's music scene, having performed at local festivals such as Summerfolk, OTHERfolk, and Lupercalia. He has knowledge of a wide variety of musical styles including Rock, Pop, Jazz, Country and Blues. Michael has been studying guitar for 20 years and has been writing, recording and performing through much of his life. He teaches with versatility as his musical interests span through many genres and styles, from Rock, Pop, and Blues to a structured RCM approach. He tailors his teaching to the individual and provides a fun learning experience for all ages, working through all of the technique, ear training and theory needed to master the guitar. Mike Campbell was born and raised in Port Elgin, Ontario, where he began playing drums and piano at an early age. He has received a music degree from York University and a master's degree in Music Performance from the University of Toronto. Mike specializes in jazz music, but plays and enjoys a wide variety of genres, such as blues, rock, classical, and folk. Mike is an active performing musician in both the Toronto and Saugeen Shores area. He looks forward to helping students of all ages and skill levels achieve their musical goals. Norman Liota is an accomplished musician with 40+ years experience in Performance, Concert Production, Recording and teaching. With a Bachelor of Education and Honours BFA ( Music Specialist degree) from U of T and York University respectively, Norman brings his experience tailoring the lessons to the interests of the student; whether it be Finger Style, Classical, Jazz, Pop or Rock. Norman was Guitar mentor to Kiefer Sutherland and has toured Canada and the U.S as a solo artist. Norman is looing forward to taking you through the process of mastering the Guitar. Paul Chapman (Guitar, Mandolin)

Paul Chapman has performed in the US, Canada, Australia, and Brazil since 1984 and has performed on many top 10 Country Music hits. He has taught with M.I.T.S. (Music in the Schools) Waterloo for the past 20 years and has produced many recordings for students aging from Junior Kindergarten through High School. He approaches his lessons with versatility and can accommodate the interests of any student with enthusiasm for the art and the value of learning an instrument well. Robert Tite (Saxophone, Clarinet, Bass Clarinet, Recorder)

Robert Tite holds a Bachelor of Music from the University of Toronto and an Artist Diploma from Mohawk College. He is the Principal Clarinetist of the Georgian Bay Symphony and has also played as a guest of the New Hamilton Orchestra and the Toronto Philharmonic. Robert has also performed in several of the GBS chamber concert series and performed the Copland Clarinet Concerto with the Georgian Bay Symphony. He is the director of many groups including the Great Lake Winds and the GBS Clarinet Choir and has been a guest clinician at many schools. Stuart Steinhart has been a professional musician for over 40 years, and has been studying and performing for 50 years. He has taught countless students from beginner to advanced academics as well as professionals and teachers.

Starting with studies at the age of 7 he has won many awards, studied at prestigious schools in the USA and recorded with many of Canada's and the world's top musicians. His work has gained numerous awards and praise, much of his work can be viewed and listened to on the World Wide Web.

His teaching style has garnered acclaim for his integration and understanding of music from its beginning to its spiritual side through his many years of study of Musicology/History/Philosophy.

He teaches Bass (acoustic and electric 4, 5, 6, and 7 string), Piano, Guitar, and Modern and Classical theory.

Tom Connor (Piano, Drums)

Tom's Professional music career started in 1971 and since furthered his interest in Drums and Piano by studing Vibraphones and Percussion at York University. Tom completed his Bachelor of Arts degree at Guelph University while playing with the West Indian Drum Band "The Pannuts". Next came University of Victoria where he began his studies in Orchestral Percussion and formed the Jazz group "Parker Thomas Jazz". He has taught privately and as part of School Boards for 20 years and continues his devotion to teaching at Long & McQuade (Owen Sound) His rate is $27 per half hour private lesson.

Will Henry (Fiddle, Banjo, Mandolin)

Will Henry has played traditional Irish, Scottish and North American dance fiddle music for contra dances, community gatherings and folk festivals around the Grey-Bruce region and Ontario for over 20 years. His focus is on sharing traditional fiddle tunes and techniques. Currently the fiddler with Scatter the Cats, Will composes much of the group's repertoire in traditional dance styles. Also a skilled five-string banjo player, Will has performed music for Owen Sound Little Theatre productions and has played with several bluegrass, country, wedding and polka bands. He helped launch the Tuesday Fiddlefern tune sessions at Harmony Centre. Will's rate is $26.00/half-hour private lesson.
