Alisa is an accomplished musician who is passionate about inspiring music in others. She is a singer, plays multiple instruments, and graduated from Selkirk College’s Music and Technology program in Nelson, BC with a major in guitar performance. She has played all over the country, as a solo jazz performer, and as a vocalist at black tie events fronting a 17 member big band. She has been a blues bassist, a big band pianist, and a funk singer. She has written and recorded for movies, performed as a studio musician and worked as a recording engineer. Alisa is most excited about sharing her knowledge and fostering a lifelong love of music through teaching, and is a very capable and flexible teacher within many styles of music and teaching methods.

Alisa's rate for a half hour private lesson is $27.

Graeme has been playing guitar and bagpipes for over 30 years and has played competitively and professionally throughout Southern Ontario for 15 years. One of his great experiences was the summer he spent in Scotland competing in the World’s Largest Highland Games. He has entertained as a busker from Vancouver to Halifax. Graeme became a certified Yamaha instructor in January 2006 and teaches both private and group lessons for guitar. He specializes in ensemble, rhythm and theory instruction from beginner to professional levels.

Megan is a 2026 graduate of the Bachelor of Music Education program at the University of Prince Edward Island, with a focus on classical guitar. She brings a wide range of performance experience to her teaching and is passionate about helping students grow into confident, well-rounded musicians. Megan has completed Royal Conservatory of Music examinations in Grade 9 Theory, Grade 8 Classical Guitar, and Grade 7 Piano, all with First Class Honours. Megan has been teaching at Long & McQuade Charlottetown since 2022 and previously taught at Long & McQuade Windsor (Ontario). She offers lessons in guitar, piano, ukulele, and music theory for students of all ages and experience levels, from beginners to more advanced players. Her teaching style focuses on creating a positive and encouraging environment while building strong musical foundations. Megan strives to make lessons engaging, supportive, and inclusive, giving students the confidence to explore, grow, and celebrate their progress while developing a lifelong appreciation of music.
