About our Calgary North Location

Long & McQuade has been the go-to music store in Calgary for decades, and as our city grew both in poulation and area, we recognized the need to add more locations in order to service the outlying areas. Calgary's NW has been growing steadily and continues to grow today. When we built our location from the ground up in 2012, our building was the only structure for as far as the eye could see. Since that time, we have seen a lot of development in both the residential and commercial areas, and we now have neighbours including the Renert School just south of us, and a Fire Hall that is currently under construction across the street.

Our retail space is large, wide open, and offers a variety of instruments and music gear for any level. We also have a superb Lesson Centre on the second floor that has grown at an amazing pace! The services you can expect at all three Calgary locations include: sales and rentals in every department for any level of player, easy in-store financing, frequent clinics and workshops, guitar repairs and lessons.
