About our Courtenay Location
Long & McQuade Courtenay was born out of the sale of two local independent music stores: Music Maxx and Sound Advice. The store is currently in the old Sound Advice Building at 1170 Cliffe Ave. We service most of the North and Mid-Island musicians, Although we are one of the smallest Long & McQuade locations, with just over 2,000 square feet of retail space, the store has a surprsingly large selection in all areas including rentals.
