Craig Halliday is a drummer, multi instrumentalist, engineer, and producer. He has over 30 years of performance experience, including national and international touring, showcases and appearances at major international festivals like SXSW, performances at legendary venues throughout North America, and recording at some of the prestigious recording studios in Canada.
Over the years he has had the honour and privilege to perform and record a wide range of different musical genres and with a long list of wonderful musicians, including Juno Award winning and nominated artists.
Studying drums at Humber College, and later with renowned educator Jim Blackley, were both pivotal in his development. These experiences enabled him to develop a keen understanding of teaching methods and practices that can help students unlock their own musical potential.
Craig has more than 10 years of experience in Ontario, teaching private and group classes, and preparing students for recitals. He has taught students of all ages, ranging from beginner to advanced. His lessons focus on creating a balance between the conceptual and technical aspects of drumming, and are adapted for different learning styles and musical interests.
