Jesse graduated from Red Deer College music program in 2011 with a major in electric guitar. He also pursued specializations at the College in: Composition, recording/engineering, and classical guitar. Jesse writes for, and performs in the band The Humble Cartel, which you can find on all streaming platforms. Jesse offers Guitar, Ukulele, and Songwriting lessons. His rate is $32 per half hour lesson and teaches Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

Michael Farney (Guitar, Ukulele, Bass Guitar, Mandolin)

Michael, or "Diggs" as he's fondly known, brings a lifetime of musical experience as both a performer and educator. With years of experience in solo and band performances, his expertise spans across Acoustic and Electric Guitar, to Ukulele, Mandolin, and Songwriting. He is dedicated to getting you or your child playing songs on any instrument of choice in the shortest time possible. His teaching philosophy is simple: “If we’re not having fun, we’re not doing it right.” In addition to his performance experience, Michael has developed youth programs for various organizations. His engaging and motivational teaching style inspires learners of all ages to quickly grasp new skills and develop a genuine passion for their musical journey. Whether you’re interested in Rock, Blues, Pop, Country, or any specific genre, Michael (Diggs) is an excellent choice as a musical mentor.
Michael offers Acoustic Guitar, Electric Guitar, Bass Guitar, Ukulele, Mandolin and Songwriting lessons at our Red Deer location. He offers group lessons for all instruments except Bass guitar.
His rate is $30 per half-hour lesson.

Shane Holder (Guitar, Ukulele, Recorder)

Shane Holder has always had a passion for music! He enjoys all genres of music. He started learning acoustic guitar back in 2006 and has not put the guitar down since! Shane was a worship leader when he attended Unity Baptist church. He is currently attending Crossroads church and is an active member on the worship team there playing rhythm guitar with a variety of other musicians. Shane is also currently an elementary school music teacher here in Red Deer and teaches grades 1-5 music. He graduated from the University of Alberta back in 2004 with a Bachelor of Education degree and took a variety of music courses. Shane has taught in elementary schools for 20 years and comes with many different teaching strategies to help students of all ages and abilities to be successful. He understands the importance of creating engaging lessons and making learning guitar fun! Fun fact about Shane is he also worked for Westjet, Canada 3000 and Canadian North Airlines. He loves to travel and see the world! Shane finds teaching a very rewarding job and loves to share his passion of playing guitar with others and seeing them grow musically. He currently offers Acoustic Guitar, Electric Guitar, Ukulele and Recorder lessons on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. His rate is $28 per half hour lesson.

Trenton Fawcett (Guitar, Ukulele, Violin, Cello, Bass Guitar)

Trenton Fawcett is a multi-talented professional musician. Graduated with a diploma of Contemporary Music and Technology majoring in Composition at Selkirk College. Recorded and released eight studio albums varying in genres such as Rock, Psychedelic, Indie, Singer/Songwriter and New Age. Trenton has played in many bands and performed multiple shows in Alberta throughout his career. He has several years of professional music teaching experience and is able to work with all ages and loves making lessons enjoyable and fun for anyone wanting to learn music!
Trenton offers Cello, Violin, Bass Guitar, Electric Guitar, Acoustic Guitar, and Ukulele lessons at our Red Deer location. He offers group lessons for all instruments except Bass guitar.
His rate is $33 for half hour lessons.
