Great sound, amazing look and materials/finish. Only issue is some fret buzz but not too bad. If you're a beginner/novice debating between this and a LP Studio, having owned both go for this one (or a Strat too I'd imagine). A lot easier to get satisfying sounds and more fun to practice, at least IMO. Also less minor cosmetic defects than the LP.

This beauty reminds me of a line from Ferris Bueller's Day Off; 'if you have the means, I highly recommend picking one up'. He was talking about a Ferrari, and that's what this MIM Tele feels like.. Looks gorgeous, plays like a dream, and sounds like... well, a Fender. This immediately became my every day player. Made in Mexico is looking better all the time!

While most of my other electrics are put in their cases this one sits on a stand. Of course that means I play it more than the others. Never let's me down. I play it in my country band.

My first guitar and loving it, good for clean and classic stuff. I use id with my blues jr 3 special edition with a wizard speaker and gives it a good sound that has good distortion. I also use ernieball 11 gauge strings and have been working great. soon going to have to change of to some new pickups but the stock pickups are great too. Great buy

I started playing again after a 35 year hiatus. Family and career obligations but now I am getting reacquainted with an old friend. This guitar is simply awesome. Quality, workmanship and most of all tone. Highly recommended for any player no matter what skill level as this guitar will make you better. Had to get the Lake Placid blue as blue is my grand-daughters favourite colour. Love it! Thanks Fender!
