Pirastro

Pirastro Chorda strings are authentic gut strings, ideal for a rich, authentic baroque sound. Chorda A and D strings are plain gut strings without knotted tailpiece-ends. These strings require very low tension, making for very comfortable playability for the left-hand. Designed for tuning at 440 Hz (for 415 Hz tuning, 'strong' gauge strings are recommended).
