This cymbal is rich in dark musical tone. It has a great balance of stick definition and wash to provide the need for a warm ride or dark crash. Very responsive. I like the tone of the evolution and xplosion crashes and this ride definitely complements my brighter crash sounds.

This ride has a great balance of stick definition and crashability. The tone is very dark with a full low pitch sound. It blends nicely with 'full' tone crashes such as the hhx evolutions and xplosion series crashes. Riding on it produces a bit of wash but retains enough articulation. The bell is not overpowering and pokes through the mix just enough. A fun ride to play if you are seeking a darker tone with wash ride qualities.
