Life Has Loveliness
Mark has done it again with this distinctive setting of a Sarah Teasdale poem. It opens with a very expressive rubato tempo with the two parts moving from a unison pitch to a dissonant second, and features a beautiful melodic line. Divisi sections use staggered entrances of the melody, which adds greatly to the motion of the line. Beautiful! 3:40
