Took the gamble of purchasing this as a cheap way to power my 2 x front speakers (Polk rti-a9's); connected amp via the XLA front speaker outputs from a Yamaha RXA-3080 amp. OMG - tons of power and NO crackle or hum. NOTE: I had a separate power point (on its own breaker) installed to limit interference and both amps are also connected to a power line conditioner. In total, I'm running a 7.2.4 setup (and the 3 front speakers are at least 20-30 feet runs from the amp)
