Jazz Improv Class with Steve Holt - Various Locations

Award-winning jazz pianist Steve Holt will offer instruction in jazz improvisation at several Long & McQuade locations in Ontario. Classes will include jazz ensemble performance for all instruments, as well as private jazz piano instruction. Classes begin the week of October 3. 

Juno nominee Steve Holt has built an international reputation having worked with, among others, Archie Shepp, Larry Coryell, Eddie Henderson, Pat Labarbera, James Moody, Eddie "Cleanhead" Vinson, and Michal Urbaniak. Steve graduated with distinction in 1981 as McGill University's first-ever Bachelor of Music majoring in jazz performance.
